We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date, time, and Esthetician.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and to begin your treatment in a relaxed state.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service so we can accommodate the next guest..
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens — if you need to change your appointment, we request at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Health & Comfort
Your safety and comfort are our priority. Please let us know about any allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy, or recent procedures when booking.
Certain treatments may be adjusted or postponed for your well-being.

Payments & Pricing
We accept cash/debit, or credit card/gift certificates purchased from our spa. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Gratuities are appreciated and left to your discretion, unless otherwise noted for special packages.
Gift Certificates & Series Packages
Gift certificates are valid for the services indicated and are non-refundable.
Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced. Unless associated in our system with the name and certificate ID number.
Series and package services must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase.
Belongings
We encourage you to leave valuables at home, but provide lockers if needed. Bubble Bar is not responsible for items lost or left behind; however, we do our best to ensure that your lost items get returned if forgotten. You can check our lost and found as well.
