Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment so that we may start your service on time or even early. A late arrival of 15mins or more may result in your appointment being rescheduled or marked as a no-show.

We ask for a card to be held on file to hold your appointment. If your appointment is cancelled inside the 24hrs or a No-Show a 20% charge of the service booked will be enforced.
