cancellation/rescheduling policy

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment so that we may start your service on time or even early. A late arrival of 15mins or more may result in your appointment being rescheduled or marked as a no-show.

    We ask for a card to be held on file to hold your appointment. If your appointment is cancelled inside the 24hrs or a No-Show a 20% charge of the service booked will be enforced.

    Our spa is a phone free zone to ensure tranquility during your service. Please silence your cell phone upon arrival.

payment policy

We accept Visa, Master Card, or Discover Card. Personal checks are not accepted. Payment is due when you receive your services. By receiving any services at the spa you authorize the spa to charge your credit card on file, and/or use any prepaid services or unredeemed gift certificates you have purchased in the past, at the spa’s sole discretion, to pay for your services and any other valid spa charges incurred by you, including charges incurred by your guests for whom you have made appointments, without further authorization, unless you pay by another means. All sales are final and all services received must be paid for at check out.

gift certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable and are not transferable. Certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift certificates for a specific treatment can only be used for that treatment. If the recipient wants a different treatment she or he can use the certificate for the value paid for it and apply that amount towards any treatment she or he wishes. Gift certificates you purchase will automatically be used by the spa to pay for any services you receive in the event you do not pay for your services by another means.

return policy

All merchandise purchased at Bubble Bar Spa cannot be returned. All sales are final. Product sales are also final. Product can be exchanged for spa product credit with in 10 days. If the product is damaged please return it to the spa within 10 days of purchase and we will gladly exchange it for another of the same product.

pregnancy or medical conditions

Be sure to mention any medical information when you book an appointment. Certain treatments may not be advisable for you. Before your treatment begins, let your therapist or esthetician know of any medical concerns or if you’re wearing contact lenses before you have a facial.

gratuity

Your spa service fees do not include gratuity. Please leave your tips with your service provider or use the front desk. Tipping is never required but greatly appreciated.

children & pets

To maintain a relaxing experience for all guests, we ask that you please refrain from bringing children and pets into the spa.
